Pastor Von is the 3rd generation of the Ramsey family to lead the church, with his Grandfather, whose name was also Von Ramsey being the founder in 1968.  Pastor Von served as Associate Pastor at Victory from 2009 until January 9th, 2022 when he was voted in unanimously as Senior Pastor.  He is husband to Kim, and father to Madison, Logan, and Paisley.  He is a graduate of Crown College where he earned a Masters Degree in Ministry with a concentration in Biblical Studies. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate at Anderson University.

Pastor Von is husband to Kim and father to Madison, Logan, and Paisley.  Kim works and serves the Lord through the church in many of the ministries behind the scenes. Madison attends Liberty University where she is majoring in Clinical Psychology, Logan is in high school at Christian Family Academy, and Paisley will attend Christian Family Academy in the Fall of 2022.

Pastor Lonny and Mrs Pearl led the church for 38 years. Recently Pastor Lonny has stepped back and now assists Pastor Von with pulpit supply, teaching, and visiting. 

Lauren Hammond has been an active member of Victory Baptist Church since 2004. She currently attends with her husband, Travis and two sons, Payton and Jace. Lauren has extensive experience in marketing and project management and is currently working as a managing partner in a family business. Lauren and her family are dedicated to Victory Baptist as enthusiastic members and she is presently acting as an administrative assistant to Pastor Von, facilitating organizational and clerical duties of the church as needed.
