Pastor Von Ramsey faithfully continues a ministry tradition established by the grace of God through his family. He is the third generation to lead this congregation, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Von Ramsey, the founding pastor in 1968.
His deep devotion to accurately proclaiming the Gospel is evident in his academic pursuits. Pastor Ramsey holds a Doctorate in Biblical Exposition (D.B.E.) from Anderson Theological Seminary, underscoring his commitment to the authority of Scripture and the centrality of Christ in every text. Prior to this, he earned a Master of Arts in Ministry with a concentration in Biblical Studies from Crown College.
After over a decade of dedicated service as Associate Pastor (2009–2022), Pastor Ramsey was unanimously called by the congregation to serve as Senior Pastor on January 9th, 2022. His focus remains fixed on shepherding the flock under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ.
He serves alongside his wife, Kim, and they are blessed with three children: Madison, Logan, and Paisley, as well as their son-in-law, Nate White.

Pastor Lonny and Mrs Pearl led the church for 38 years. Recently Pastor Lonny has stepped back and now assists Pastor Von with pulpit supply, teaching, and visiting. 

Lauren Hammond has been an active member of Victory Baptist Church since 2004. She currently attends with her husband, Travis and two sons, Payton and Jace. Lauren has extensive experience in marketing and project management and is currently working as a managing partner in a family business. Lauren and her family are dedicated to Victory Baptist as enthusiastic members and she is presently acting as an administrative assistant to Pastor Von, facilitating organizational and clerical duties of the church as needed.
